SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (EXPORT)
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to strengthen our export sales organization. In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. You play an important role in connecting our customers, dealers and export sales team, ensuring that the entire order and service process runs smoothly. You will process orders, maintain contact with our retail partners and support customers across various international export markets, including the UK, Scandinavia, Spain, Greece, Poland and South America. Our export activities reach far beyond Europe — all the way to Japan — meaning you will operate in a truly international environment. You enjoy helping improve delivery performance, advising partners and always striving to provide the best possible service.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Sales Support department, you are the key link between the sales team and our international customers. As the first point of contact, you are responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of the order and delivery process. Together with your colleagues, you manage incoming calls and emails from customers across various export markets. You process new and ongoing orders and ensure they are correctly entered and followed up in our systems. You understand the specific needs of our international clients throughout the entire customer journey — from quotation to after-sales — and proactively respond to ensure high customer satisfaction. In this role, you work closely with the Head of Export and the Export Account Managers to ensure customers receive excellent support and the sales process runs efficiently. Your responsibilities include: Processing and following up on customer orders Answering customer questions regarding products, orders, delivery times and complaints Registering new customers in the system Handling complaints and service requests professionally and efficiently Supporting customer-specific campaigns and processing orders via customer portals Maintaining daily contact with dealers, customers and colleagues via phone and email You collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure the entire process — from advice and order intake to delivery — runs smoothly. In short: you keep track of everything that is happening and ensure customers know they can rely on you for product information, support and advice.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A customer-focused mindset combined with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities;
- A proactive attitude and ability to think along with customers and colleagues;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch quickly between priorities;
- A true team player
- Excellent command of English Dutch is a plus, but not required.
- Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
